Wonderful

We had a very big room and big bed! Very comfortable and when we requested for a room clean it was cleaned immaculately!

Didn’t bother us really but the property is very close to local clubs and the music was loud in the middle of the night.

Really fool place to stay in Samui

The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were good as well. It was in a good location with the main high street a minute away but not on the street itself so not too loud. It was also a good price especially since Samui is generally more expensive due to being an island.

Very Good

Location was perfect and the room was very good value for money.

Every time we used the bathroom, ants appeared from the shower plug and the bathroom door. In their hundreds they tried to make their way into the bedroom.

I love how clean it was. It is in a great location. Free coffee too :)

Well, it is next to the clubs and bars. If you are a light sleeper then this is not for you.

Great location

Greatttttt location! Friendly staff! U get what u pay for. It’s not perfect but it also does everything u need. Basic accommodation and can walk home easy from Parties. The room was LARGE. Bed a little hard but not terrible!

good value for money in terms of room facilities but the security issue lets it down

good location, very helpful staff

The security system was not secure. Had to use a padlock to lock the door when we left and had a small catch lock on the inside to use.

Its good for party

I already stayed here for a few nights a few months ago. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are always clean but very old and basic.

Unfortunately, a new club has opened, which is not allowed to sleep. Until 3h in the morning you can hear the basses.

Bittersweet

The hotel location is good, right next to the Central and everything's close, including the 7-11s. The facilities provided are a good deal for a place in that location. It's not close to the beach though so you have to walk a bit.

We reached Samui from the last ferry and at the place around 9PM just to find out there was no one at the reception. I checked the app and saw a message from the staff that they close the reception at 8 and they're gonna keep the room unlocked. I sent them a message and my friend who speaks rudimentary Thai spoke to a staff member on the phone - so we were able to get to the room but I think closing the front desk at 8 is a bit too early for a place like Samui. Then there was something wrong with the aircon and it didn't work at all the first night to the point where I just could not sleep. We asked to switch to a different room while going out in the morning and got to know that the AC guy was already here and he HAD to repair it RIGHT NOW. Funny, isn't it? they knew our AC needed to be repaired and we could just not move later. I had to go back in, get all the valuables and move into a different room then and there. I believe the facilities they offer and the location of the place is a good deal but the entire experience could have been so much better if the staff was a bit more accommodating and they paid proper attention to general maintenance.
